The Other Ingredients line names corn syrup, water, cane sugar, pectin, citric acid, natural flavour, sodium citrate, tapioca starch and beet root extract. There is no collagen in either list.
5000 mcg in two gummies, which the panel prints as 16,667 percent of the daily value. That is a large number and it has one practical consequence: biotin at this level can distort several common laboratory blood tests. Tell whoever draws your blood that you take it.
Nails give you the first honest signal because they grow at a steady few millimetres a month; the section grown while you were taking it becomes visible somewhere between two and three months. Hair takes longer still. Anyone promising a change inside two weeks is selling you the promise, not the product.
